To have 100 on all stats, including all attunements and all weapon types, you'd need around POWER 275. To have 100 on all stats, but only 1 weapon type and attunement, you'd need around power 155. To have 100 on all stats and one weapon type, but no attunement, you'd need power 135. You only get so many points.

Luck was a feature in Deepwoken that affected the likelihood of rare or legendary Talent Cards appearing when you power up. As of the Verse 2 update, Luck has been removed and replaced with an entirely new system to give you rare and or legendary Talent Cards.
